Information we collect
- Account information such as your email address, profile name, and profile avatar.
- Content you create or upload, including messages, feed content, channel metadata, images, and channel avatars.
- Audio recordings you choose to submit for transcription.
- Usage data such as subscriptions, likes, dislikes, saves, share events, dwell time, and read state used to improve feed ranking and app behavior.
- Technical and operational data such as app events, delivery state, and service logs needed to keep Ticlawk working.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To deliver chats, feed cards, channel subscriptions, sharing, and notifications inside the app.
- To process uploaded media and transcribe voice recordings when you ask us to.
- To secure the service, investigate abuse, debug failures, and understand product usage.
- To provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Ticlawk uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the product. Based on the current implementation, this includes Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and serverless functions; Vercel for web hosting; and a transcription provider for voice-to-text when you send audio for transcription.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate Ticlawk, maintain your account, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some operational logs and backups may remain for a limited time after deletion.
Your choices
- You can update your profile name and avatar in the app.
- You can remove subscriptions and disconnect from channels.
- You can request account deletion inside the app by going to Profile, Settings, then Delete Account.
Children
Ticlawk is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
